With a new museum opening in 2024, the V&A wanted to explore the potential digital and physical experiences in order to build a costed, risk assessed business case for investment.

During a 9 week project we defined, designed and tested various digital experiences to enable visitors to access the space and explore the collections. A key element of this work was to research the concepts with audiences representing the local demographic in Stratford.
The project completed with a risk assessed business case for the V&A to take forward into their build considerations. We are waiting excitedly for the museum to be completed to see what was produced.
